About the Founder
The genesis of The Harmony Tree traces back to 2016, sparked by the vision of Shilpa Solanki. Drawing from her extensive background in education, including a notable tenure at the Rewachand Bhojwani Academy, Shilpa envisioned a haven of learning—a small, cheerful school that cherishes individuality and embraces diversity.
Shilpa’s journey in education flourished as she co-founded and led The Orchid School for over a decade, honing her expertise in early childhood education. A specialist in the formative years of learning, she possesses a profound understanding of the unique needs and potential of young minds. Not only does she impart knowledge and guidance to the little learners, but she also extends her influence as a teacher trainer and mentor, leaving an indelible mark on the educational landscape.
The crux of Shilpa’s vision is to cultivate a nurturing and unhurried atmosphere at The Harmony Tree, allowing children to flourish and thrive in an environment that fosters joy and holistic growth.
